Hawzah News agency (Qom, Iran) – Head of Iranian seminaries Ayatollah Alireza Arafi and his accompanying seminary delegation met with two Shia sources of emulation Grand Ayatollah Hussein Noori Hamedani and Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi Golpaygani in Qom and discussed ongoing issues in the seminaries.

During his meeting with Ayatollah Arafi, senior Shia cleric Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi Golpaygani elaborated on Islamic seminary's top duties in present era highlighting the urge to promote Ahl-ul-Bayt's (as) teachings worldwide as the main responsibility of Shia seminaries.

"It's best to promote Quranic teachings as well as Ahl-ul-Bayt's narrations in Islamic seminaries since these are considered as your main responsibilities. I advise you to do your best in order to promote Ahl-ul-Bayt's (as) valuable teachings because these hadiths and narrations are the main sources of our knowledge and understating." the Grand Ayatollah concluded.
